We accepted applications for the 2024-25 NOFA from Monday, January 22 to Friday, February 16, 2024. Funding sources included:
- Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
- Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and
- State Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) matched by local Marin County Affordable Housing Fund (HTF)
