Measure W Community Fund applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We encourage you to submit your application as your project moves forward. Projects must serve populations in the Measure W Tax Area.
How to Apply
To apply, submit the online application and include the following attachments:
- Project Budget
- Organizational Budget – your organization or fiscal sponsor’s annual budget
- Pro forma (for construction/acquisition projects only)
Project budget templates are provided below. If you have a project budget that provides the information requested in the template, you may use that instead. Please note: the project budget should reflect the total cost of the project, not just the Measure W request.
