The Annual Action Plan serves as Marin County’s application for CDBG and HOME funds. The Annual Action Plan addresses the goals established in the 2020-24 Consolidated Plan and represents the annual implementation strategy of the Plan.
The Action Plan addresses ways in which the County intends to meet its community development and affordable housing goals and discusses specific programs and projects that have been recommended for CDBG and HOME funding for the program year.
2024 Plan
The 2024 Annual Action Plan serves as Marin County’s application for CDBG and HOME funds for Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025). This Plan represents the annual implementation strategy for the fifth and final year of the 2020-24 Consolidated Plan.
