Summary
The Marin County Affordable Housing Fund was created to increase the stock of permanently affordable homes in the County. The Housing Fund provides a local funding source for financial and technical assistance to help non-profit affordable housing developers and local public agencies produce and preserve affordable housing for low-income households in Marin County. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
