Dennis Rodoni was born in San Rafael, raised in Point Reyes Station, and is a fourth-generation resident of Marin County. He and his wife Judy have lived in Olema for more than 25 years, where they raised their two daughters. Dennis now shares this intimate community, beautiful environment, and rich family history with a sixth generation--his two very busy grandchildren.
Dennis has a deep understanding of Marin County; he attended Inverness School, West Marin School, and Tomales High School. To continue his education, he attended Chico State University and earned an honors degree in economics. After graduating, he taught at a high school in Australia where he met his wife. They later moved back to Marin, where he spent several years as a high school teacher and over thirty-eight years running a small business as an infill homebuilder and custom home remodeler. He has served on the boards of many community and governmental organizations, including a 21-year tenure as a Director of the North Marin Water District.
In January of 2017, Dennis stepped into his current position as Marin County District 4 Supervisor. His decisions are informed by his personal history in Marin and decades of experience as a community leader.
Dennis continues to enjoy the challenges working as the representative for District 4, the largest and most geographically diverse district in Marin County.

Supervisor Rodoni serves on other boards, commissions, and committees; appointments are approved every January at a Board meeting.
